We are looking for a Hotel General Manager to manage our hotel in Skegness. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Able to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the business. Be smart and presentable and have a real passion for hospitality whilst driving the business and increasing revenue. Previous experience in managing conference and banqueting events. Develop excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors and proven track record in driving local business and leisure sales. Possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to motivate and develop staff to create a dynamic and professional team with excellent customer service standards and a keen eye for detail. A strong communicator with excellent people skills. Possess a sound knowledge of rate and inventory management, together with a good coach business experience. Control costs including food and liquor GP’s, labour and monthly expenses. We offer a full time, permanent position working 6 days per week with a combination of straight and split shifts.
