Apprenticeship Admin / Clerical

Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers over the telephone and email
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing delivery notes
  • Working within a team
  • Adhering to company policy and procedures
  • Processing confidential data
  • Other general administration duties such as maintaining filing systems

 

Requirements and prospects

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and maths or equivalent
  • Ambitious and willing to learn
  • Confident
  • Polite and friendly
  • Good knowledge of ICT/Microsoft Office Package
