Duties will include managing Reception, including operating the switchboard, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, dealing with out-going post, providing administrative and telesales support, and packing and dispatching online shop sales.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, good administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment on their own initiative. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Hours of work are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
