We’re the experts in betting and gaming; we’ve been around since 1934 so it should come as no surprise to you that we know our stuff. Join us as a Customer Experience Assistant and we’ll train you up from day one so you’re fully ready to speak the language of betting to each and every customer that walks through the door.
Happy working in a team or on your own you’ll show pride in your work, making sure the shop always looks the part, and be open to taking on more and more responsibility (like opening up and closing down).
We want all our customers to have a great experience when they come in to one of our 2,400 shops – and your excellent customer service skills will be what makes this happen.
So, what’s in it for you?
We pay the National Living Wage as a minimum to all our colleagues, not just those over 25 (like some of our high street competitors).
You’ll work in shifts so you can make the most of your home and your work life
You’ll have plenty of chances to progress and we’ll support you in taking the next steps in your career - either Customer Experience Manager or into a Head Office role.
On top of 28 days’ holiday, you’ll have the chance to share in our success by signing up to our Sharesave scheme.
And if that wasn’t enough, there’s whole pack of benefits that help you be your best self. As well as an extra day off on your birthday and subsidised travel (depending on your location). We’ve also got access to a whole load of other discounts so you can save plenty of money on high street favourites, and holiday providers.
Sound good? If you’re over 18* and want to join us #behindthebet go ahead and apply. Pretty soon you’ll be talking our language.
*The legal bit – you need to be over 18 to enter a betting shop or gamble, so we need you to be over 18 to work here..
