We are Walnut Care At Home, a family run home care service in Lincolnshire for older people.

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers
  • Who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for others,
  • Either through previous roles in social care or in other roles in life.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on building relationships with people.

Candidates must be

  • kind, caring, approachable and friendly.
  • Drivers required.

We are looking for suitable candidates that want to work

  • mornings,
  • evenings,
  • and/or weekends.

Salary can vary depending on hours worked, with full time roles ranging from £262 to £300 per week.

Although previous care experience is desired, it’s not necessary.

We are looking for well-rounded, caring individuals.

We have over 200 carers spread across Lincolnshire.

Each carer works within a small team, determined by geographical area.

You will have close contact with your team leader to share ideas and talk over concerns you might have.

  • Delivering care to a service-user in their own homes allows you to

  • Home care allows you to deliver a tailored approach to care. By having a personal relationship with the user, you’re in the best position to decide the type of care the service-user needs. As a domiciliary carer, you have the freedom to decide the best possible care for that person and you are given the trust to administer it.
