Coastfields Leisure Ltd are a family owned Company specialising in providing quality holiday and leisure facilities along the Lincolnshire Coast. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Seasonal Receptionist/Office Administrator to work at our popular and friendly holiday park in Chapel St Leonards. You will be dealing with telephone enquiries and holiday bookings using a computerised system, handling and resolving general customer enquiries, undertaking general office duties, taking payments, meet, greet and check in / out guests visiting the park. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and telephone manner; be flexible, with good computer skills and have strong all round general office experience. If you are not friendly, outgoing, positive, honest and reliable and an exceptional team player, this is not the job for you! Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage. Full driving licence preferred. Worked over 5 days per week, hours will vary according to the time of year, but normally range between and 20 / 35 hours per week and will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Pay meets/exceeds minimum wage.
