Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest caravan park operators on the East Coast of Lincolnshire providing quality holiday and leisure facilities with parks located in Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells and Skegness.

We are looking to recruit a full time, experienced Maintenance Administration Clerk, reporting to the maintenance manager, for our busy park in based in Ingoldmells, to co-ordinate and plan the workload for our busy maintenance team.

Immediate start, seasonal position.

  • Main duties will include:
  • Supporting the Maintenance Manager
  • Creation and distribution of Job Sheets
  • Organising and progressing responsive and emergency maintenance jobs across a number of parks/venues
  • Procurement and ordering Parts
  • Liaising with Accounts department to ensure invoices are sent out within timescales.
  • Dealing with enquiries from Internal and External Customers.

Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent telephone manner, time management, customer service skills and be computer literate. Above all you will have a positive outlook and disposition, remain calm under pressure, and be able to work both on your own initiative and within a team in a very busy maintenance department.

Working hours will include Weekends and Bank Holidays

Pay according to experience.

40 hours per week 5/7.
