We are Walnut Care At Home, a family run home care service in Lincolnshire for older people.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker in your area who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for others, through previous roles in social care.
You will be providing personal care to people, as well as supporting and encouraging them to live well and where possible take an active part in their community.
You will take a leading role in supporting your group of service users, including working with our NHS colleagues both in the community and in hospital.

We are looking for someone who can work mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a fixed rolling rota. You will ideally already have NVQ3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Your rate of pay when fully inducted will be £9.75ph mornings and £10.15ph evenings contact time.
This role will be considered as a part time job share for the right candidates.
