Each carer works within a small team, determined by geographical area.
You will have close contact with your team leader to share ideas and talk over concerns you might have.
We want to empower you, ensuring you reach your full potential.
Why choose domiciliary (home) care?
Home care is about providing care in the community, and with it comes several advantages.
Providing home care is about building relationships on a one-to-one basis.
Delivering care to a service-user in their own homes allows you to
dedicate a specific amount of time and attention to that one person, as opposed to caring for multiple service users at one time.
Home care allows you to deliver a tailored approach to care. By having a personal relationship with the user, you’re in the best position to decide the type of care the service-user needs. As a domiciliary carer, you have the freedom to decide the best possible care for that person and you are given the trust to administer it.
No two days are ever the same in home care. Depending on when you’re at work, you’ll visit completely different people each shift.
This variety of work is uncommon in other types of care and it’s what we thrive on.
