What will we give you:
Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry - SIA Security licence
Extended Certificate in Understanding Stewarding and Spectator Events
Proven work experience as a Security officer, Security Guard or equivalent position
Excellent Customer Service training, Communication skills, People skills & Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
How does it work?
Up to 4 weeks training in house with our expert security trainers, to gain your legally required qualifications - every Security industry worker requires the internationally recognised SIA licence - this is your licence to a new career.
We organise work experience with a security company giving you much needed real life experience whilst shadowing a fully qualified security officer. Once the work experience is completed your SIA application will have been completed and you will be ready to start full time employment.
We organise interviews for you with the UK's largest companies, with our team helping you every step of the way through the interview process to ensure the very best outcome.

Once you've completed the basic training, the opportunities are endless, quality security individuals are highly sort after and can offer the freedom to work as and when you choose.
Previous successful trainees now work in industries such as - Music, Festivals, Sport, Retail, Leisure and Internationally to name a few.
Due to the commitment required to you must be able to attend 2 weeks training prior to interview, this opportunity is best suited to people who are currently in receipt of benefits or economically inactive and can evidence this.
