Part Time Admin / Clerical Customer Service

Job Description

Part time Receptionist / Admin assistant required throughout the summer season Until October and there potentially there maybe some hours in November.

As a receptionist / Admin Assistant on our holiday parks (Burgh Le Marsh & Ingoldmells), you will be the first point of contact, and you will be responsible ensure that all reception duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Duties will include: Greeting guests and visitors, Providing information about all our facilities on site, Checking guests in / out of caravans/ cottages/ apartments etc, Taking bookings for holiday l and the fishing lakes, Answering telephones / emails, and Sales in the shop.

The position is part time with weekend working, with the flexibility to cover more hours when required.

The job will be based between Burgh Le Marsh and Ingoldmells so a car is essential as we are not on a bus route
