An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join a growing, Creative Agency business on the Lincolnshire coast. Becoming part of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the business, creating and implementing the marketing strategy. A stand-alone marketing role, you will manage all areas of online and offline marketing, events strategy and management, PR and market engagement, and managing the marketing budget / analysing ROI. Strong experience in digital management, as well as knowledge and interest in the co-ordination and running of events, is essential. A driving licence is required as the role will involve some element of client-facing work, as well as attendance at events. The key responsibilities for this role include; Experience in content production and editing for a range of formats, website development, social media and analytics. SEO and copywriting for digital platforms Hands-on experience in managing and promoting events Excellent written and verbal communications skills Keen interest in corporate events A degree of flexibility with working hours to manage events and deadlines Experience of web platforms, CMS systems, HTML, analytics etc Audio-visual and/or creative design experience is desirable Full-time or part-time position considered.
